- Design, develop, test, and implement intelligent RPA bots interacting with multiple applications and systems.
- Build high-quality automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and modern components (including AI Center, Document Understanding, and Integration Service).
- Quickly assess feasibility and provide consultation on automation solutions, including process mining and task mining for optimization.
- Collaborate with Process Owners/ Business Analysts to implement and automate processes using UiPath and AI-driven enhancements.
- Actively reduce technical debt and ensure scalable, reusable automation frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of structured change control, resolving complex issues.
- Develop solutions considering data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance, ensuring maximum robot utilization.
- Integrate cognitive capabilities such as OCR, NLP, and machine learning models for handling unstructured data.
- Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines and version control for automation deployments.
- Excellent experience in SAP automation, Excel data manipulation, and PDF data extraction.





Required Candidate Profile

- Official notice period of 30-45 days or currently serving notice.
- >=4 years of experience in developing UiPath solutions, including AI Center and Document Understanding.
- Solid knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of live robots.
- Hands-on experience in .NET or Python for custom activities and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and autonomous bot behavior.
- UiPath certifications (e.g. Automation Developer Professional) will be a plus.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and API integrations.
- Experience in preparing Solution Design Documents and following governance standards.
- Knowledge of process mining tools and ability to identify automation opportunities.
