Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end support for POC deployments related to ZTNA, VDI, and IAM solutions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot secure access and remote access technologies
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful POC execution
- Perform health checks, monitoring, and optimization of deployed solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to networking, authentication, and application access
- Document configurations, deployment steps, and issue resolutions
- Assist in transitioning POC setups into production environments

Required Skills Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in ZTNA, VDI, and IAM technologies
- Strong understanding of Server Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)




- Hands-on experience with Firewalls and security solutions, windows server and client OS knowledge
- Familiarity with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity management systems
- Experience in troubleshooting complex enterprise environments
- Valuable understanding of Linux and Windows server environments
