Experience: 10–18 Years

Certification: ServiceNow CTA – Good to have, not mandatory
Required Skills:
ITSM + any one module: ITOM / HRSD / CSM / SPM / ITAM / ITBM
Current designation must be ServiceNow Architect
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Architect role
Robust communication skills
Experience in Architecture, Design & Implementation
Please Note:
Not considering candidates currently working as ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, ServiceNow Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
Candidates currently located in Kolkata are also
not eligible.
