Job Role

We are looking for energetic and responsible graduates to join our Customer Care team. The role involves assisting customers through online chat, understanding their concerns, and ensuring their issues are resolved smoothly.

- Interact with customers through call and assist them with their concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure every interaction is handled professionally.
- Maintain customer information and update records accurately.
- Follow internal procedures and service standards.
- Contribute towards team goals and daily performance targets.
