Job Summary

We are looking for a Community Success Engagement Executive to build meaningful relationships with riders registered on the WingManX App. This role will be pivotal in driving rider engagement, strengthening the community, and ensuring members get maximum value from their WingManX experience.

Role Summary

As a Community Success Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for keeping the WingManX rider community active and engaged. You will proactively connect with current, existing, and inactive riders, encourage them to create and join rides, support motorcycle group admins in organizing rides, and build lasting relationships with our community. Your success will be measured by increased rider engagement, community activity, and rider retention.

About the Role

This is not a traditional customer support role.

Your primary responsibility is to keep our rider community active and engaged. You ll proactively reach out to riders, understand why they are inactive, help them overcome challenges, and encourage them to create and join rides.

You ll become the voice of WingManX for our community.

What You'll Do

- Reach out to new riders and help them get started.
- Contact riders who created rides but never started them.
- Engage with riders whose rides did not receive participants.
- Reconnect with inactive riders and encourage them to return.
- Work with motorcycle group admins to organize rides through WingManX.
- Conduct conversations over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer feedback and share actionable insights with the product team.
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Suggest ideas to improve rider engagement and community growth.





What We re Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus).
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A persuasive yet empathetic personality.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with new people.
- Self-driven and proactive you don t wait to be told what to do.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Passion for building communities. Interest in motorcycles is a bonus but not mandatory.
