Our Supply Chain team is growing, and we are looking to strengthen it with a passionate and driven team member. As Product Supply Planning Manager, you will own the end-to-end supply plan for our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), collaborate across departments, and play an active role in shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the supply plan for CMOs on a monthly basis, considering inventory and open orders (firmed and planned), to identify and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Based on the supply plan, issue Purchase Orders and forecasts to CMOs, and monitor deliveries of purchase orders against requested dates.
- Proactively manage supply constraints to minimize business impact.
- Provide accurate and complete supply planning parameters and purchasing conditions for all SKUs; act as the Expert User for key planning Master Data.
- Set and maintain all required Master Data and ensure its integrity and correctness.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Oversee the successful launch of new products into the market, ensuring timely supply, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with manufacturing and distribution teams.
- Propose stock holding levels within the supply chain through a detailed understanding of key planning parameters and the E2E process (safety stock, lead times, supply reliability, demand variability, service objectives), in line with Working Capital targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end (E2E) planning within the pharmaceutical industry, including direct interaction with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in an international setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems; functional knowledge is an advantage.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent supply chain qualification.
- Experience supporting new product introductions/launches in a regulated (GMP) pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience working across multiple time zones with global CMO networks.
