About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our technical team at our Ambarnath location. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, and peripheral-related issues.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
- Perform system updates, patches, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other basic networking issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.




- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Ensure timely closure and proper documentation of support tickets.
- Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
- Assist with backup, endpoint security, and cybersecurity-related activities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Good understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Familiarity with antivirus/endpoint security solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- CCNA
- Microsoft certifications
- CompTIA A+
- Fortinet / other cybersecurity certifications
