Role & responsibilities
- Conduct classroom, virtual training programs for sales teams and advisors
- Deliver induction, product, sales process, and behavioural training
- Facilitate FLs to enhance their recruitment skills, market planning, team management,
- Partner with sales leaders to drive capability-building agenda
- Ensure alignment of training initiatives with business priorities
- Track training coverage, participation, certification, and drive business parameters
- Ensure adherence to training calendars and compliance requirements
- Drive performance-linked capability building for existing FLs basis their performance scores, recruitment capabilities, advisor activation & engagement, & customer conversion skills.
