Role & responsibilities
- Install coffee and tea vending machines at client locations.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues and repair or replace faulty parts.
- Customer Support: Provide reliable after-sales support and handle technical complaints from clients.
- Field Visits: Travel to customer sites for prompt breakdown attendance and servicing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Skills: Vending machine service, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and customer service.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
