- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Cafes.
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring with stakeholders.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Handle offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or high-volume hiring preferred.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills.
