- - Responsibilities:
- - * Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
- * Explain lens types, coatings, brands, and frame features to customers.
- * Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- * Handle sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- * Manage billing and order processing.
- * Maintain accurate customer and order details.
- * Maintain product displays and store inventory.
- * Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- * Maintain a professional and friendly environment in the store.
- - Requirements:
- - * Minimum 12th Pass.
- * Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- * Sales/retail experience preferred.
- * Optical industry experience will be an advantage.
- * Basic knowledge of lenses and frames is preferred.
- * Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
