Job Summary

Radiant Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated LAN Field Technician to join our team in Current Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1 3 years of hands-on experience in networking, structured cabling, network equipment installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation Setup: Install and configure network equipment such as switches, routers, patch panels, and wireless access points.
- Cabling Infrastructure: Run, test, crimp, label, terminate, and repair Ethernet and fiber optic cables while maintaining proper cable management standards.
- Rack Enclosure Management: Install server racks and cable trays and maintain organized network cabling and wire pathways.
- Troubleshooting Diagnostics: Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and Wi-Fi performance problems using appropriate LAN testing tools.

Qualifications Requirements

- High school diploma, IT/Electronics diploma, or relevant certification.




- 1 3 years of practical experience in field networking and cabling.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet standards, and networking hardware.
- Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined or challenging spaces.
- Willingness to travel to various client sites across India.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
