Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Location: JNV Sakti, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 3 years in civil construction, with proven completion of building projects

Joining: Immediate to within 15 days

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute building construction work at our JNV Sakti project site. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, labour, and subcontractors
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; maintain site records and daily progress reports
- Plan and track work schedules, manpower, and material requirements




- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and the head office for approvals and reporting
- Prepare measurements, bills, and reconciliation of materials
- Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on site experience, with at least one building project completed end-to-end
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading structural/architectural drawings
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Willingness to be stationed full time at the project site
