Roles Responsibilitieso Lead OSS consulting engagements and telecom transformation initiatives.
o Serve as the primary Network and OSS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client programs.
o Define target-state architecture, operating models, and OSS roadmaps.
o Provide domain leadership for Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, and Network Automation solutions.
o Drive OSS modernization, cloud transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
o Conduct business and technical workshops with client stakeholders.
o Lead requirements discovery, solution assessments, gap analysis, and recommendations.
o Support RFPs, proposals, solution estimations, and pre-sales activities.
o Guide delivery teams on telecom business processes, network technologies, and OSS best practices.
o Mentor architects, consultants, and engineering teams.

Must Haves-

- Solid knowledge of Telecom Network Architecture and Operations.

- Deep understanding of:
o Fiber Networks (FTTx)
o Transport / TDM Networks
o IP/MPLS Networks
o Ethernet Services
o Wireless Networks (4G/5G)
o Network Topology Connectivity
o Network Planning Capacity Management
o Experience supporting Tier-1 Telecom Service Providers.





- OSS Platforms:- hands on experience in one or more of::-
o Netcracker OSS Suite
o IBM Netcool
o Amdocs OSS
o Oracle Communications
o Cramer
o ServiceNow Telecom Solutions
o ESRI GIS Platforms
o Service Order Management Platforms
Technical Requirement
- Primary skills: Domain->Networking->Telecom->OSS
Additional Responsibilityo GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, Smallworld, or Utility Network.
o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
o Network Automation and Orchestration platforms.
o AIOps and Intelligent Assurance solutions.
o Kafka, Microservices, API-led architectures.
o OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
o AI/ML use cases in Telecom Operations.
o Experience in Network Inventory Consolidation and OSS Transformation programs.
o TOGAF, TM Forum, PMP, SAFe, or Cloud certifications.
o Experience supporting Verizon, ATT, Frontier, BT, Vodafone, Telstra, or similar telecom operators
