Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, scripting, integrations, and Customer Service Management (CSM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions and should be comfortable working across technical architecture, development, integrations, and CSM modules.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation
- Strong ServiceNow scripting experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations
- Good experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Experience in designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements




- Define technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Work extensively on ServiceNow CSM implementations and enhancements
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
- Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and application issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Experience:

- 1016 years of overall IT experience
- Robust relevant experience in ServiceNow
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Implementation
- Strong hands-on experience in Scripting, Integration, and CSM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
