Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and recruit qualified technical professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing, recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, and technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
- Present qualified candidates for open positions and manage submissions through the hiring process.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with interview preparation and updates.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruiting.
- Robust understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
