Are you a senior Talent Acquisition leader who can build high-performing recruitment teams, close CXO-level mandates and hire niche AI/ML, Data & Cybersecurity talent?

Innefu Labs, an AI-driven R&D; company with 100+ installations across India, Middle East & Southeast Asia, is looking for a TA Manager/Head to own and transform its end-to-end talent acquisition function. The company serves Defence & Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Financial Intelligence Units, BFSI and Fortune 500 organisations.

• Drive market mapping, competitor intelligence & compensation benchmarking
• Work directly with Founders / CXOs on confidential mandates
• Build a data-driven TA function using ATS, analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter & advanced sourcing

We are looking for:

10–15 years TA experience | Team management (8–10 recruiters) | AI/ML/Data/Cyber hiring exposure | CXO hiring | Solid stakeholder & negotiation skills | Hands-on sourcing & market mapping
