ITI Fresher Tractor Industry

Position: Trainee / Technician / Production Operator
Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Electrician / Welder / Machinist / Motor Mechanic)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in tractor assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Operate basic production tools and machines as per work instructions.
- Perform fitting, assembly, tightening, and adjustment of tractor components.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assist in inspection of components using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Identify basic defects in components and report them to supervisors.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, quality standards, and production targets.
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and workplace cleanliness.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities, depending on the ITI trade.
- Maintain production/inspection records as required.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members.

Skills Expected:

- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of tractor components
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Quality and safety awareness
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Teamwork and discipline
