We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join an International Voice Process in
Bangalore Electronic City. The role involves handling international customers over voice, understanding their
concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound voice interactions with international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate, timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain skilled communication and demonstrate strong customer-handling skills.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements and escalation procedures.
Document customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
Meet defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and service-level targets.
Coordinate with internal teams wherever escalation or additional support is required.
Maintain a positive and professional approach while working in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Candidate Eligibility
Experience:
0 TO3 years; freshers may also be considered based on communication and process fit.
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable communicating with international customers over the phone.
Willingness to work in night rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Good listening, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.
Candidates should be comfortable with immediate joining.
Interview & Selection Process
1. HR Round: Initial screening and communication assessment.
2. OPS Round: Operations/process suitability and customer-handling assessment.
3. SHL Test: Online assessment as applicable to the hiring process.
4. Selection Timeline: Candidates can complete the selection process within 1 day, subject to successful
completion of all rounds.
5. Interview Mode: Virtual Interview.
Compensation & Joining
Salary: Up to 5.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience, skills, interview performance and applicable
company salary structure.
Onboarding: Immediate onboarding for selected candidates, subject to completion of the required documentation
and company joining formalities.
