Role Summary We are looking for a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Lead to own our end-to-end recruitment while keeping core HR Generalist operations (payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding) running smoothly. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about hiring top talent and actively uses Generative AI and modern recruiting tech to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and outreachdelivering a fast, high-touch recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition (Core 70%):

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job intake, passive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to build custom Boolean search strings, draft highly personalized outreach messages,



and construct structured interview scorecards.
- Leverage contemporary ATS features and AI tools to screen high volumes of resumes without losing quality.
- Manage candidate communication pipelines to prevent ghosting, lower drop-off rates, and track core TA metrics (Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate).

- AI Exploration & Workflow Efficiency:

- Experiment with accessible AI platforms and simple automations to speed up routine writing, interview scheduling, and recruitment administrative work.
- Train hiring managers on using structured AI rubrics for unbiased interview evaluations.
