Role & responsibilities
- Perform blood sample collection using proper venipuncture and vacutainer techniques.
- Collect and handle different types of blood and diagnostic samples as per SOPs.
- Ensure correct patient identification, sample labeling, and documentation.
- Follow proper order of draw and sample collection procedures.
- Maintain sample quality, safety, and integrity during collection and transportation.
Preferred candidate profile
- MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification
- Hands-on experience in Vacutainer blood sample collection
- Valuable knowledge of venipuncture and sample handling
- Knowledge of diagnostic laboratory SOPs and safety protocols
