Role & responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects activities from planning to commissioning and handover.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Technical, Procurement and logistics, Finance, and other internal units.
- Coordinate and act as senior inter face with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor PDI, site inspections, commissioning records and test reports
- Review Bids, BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress and cost performance.
- Identify project risks and delays for appropriate corrective actions.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination among projects and support teams.
- Monitor warranty, CMC/AMC, breakdown, and service-related technical issues and timely closure.
- Prepare periodic technical MIS and project status reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile





- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in solar EPC/project execution, preferably with experience in multiple projects and government/PSU projects.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, inverters, pumps, controllers, earthing, protection systems, and commissioning procedures.
- Experience in handling Solar WPS; Roof top On grid and off grid solar systems, HLS & SLS systems and strong knowledge of Government renewable energy scheme guidelines and tender specifications
- Positive coordination and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD and relevant software
- Willingness to travel to project sites across different locations.
