1) US Tax Prep Specialist - Experienced - solid Federal Form 1040 & State tax knowledge, valid PTIN
2) Sr Associate & Lead – Tax Support, Canada-2–4 yrs / 4-8 yrs-tax customer support, Full night shift: May–Nov Mon–Fri; Dec–Apr-6 days/week.

Required Candidate profile

Experience in US Tax Specilization and Canadian Tax Support. US and Canadian client experience, excellent communication, query resolution, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
