Assistant Manager D&C; Finance-6+ years-Mohali

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – D&C; Finance to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and preferably experience in property accounting.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage general accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger maintenance and month-end journal entries.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage accounts receivable activities, invoice processing, payment collections, receipt posting, and cash reconciliations.
4. Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support team development, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi or RealPage, along with MS Office.
5. Property accounting experience and team management experience will be preferred.
