Knowledge of card lifecycle: Card Origination Card Issuance Activation Authorization Clearing Settlement Billing Rewards Loyalty Disputes Chargebacks Card Closure Familiarity with payment rails: UPI IMPS NEFT RTGS NACH BBPS POS ATM Internet/Mobile Banking Understanding of card network standards: Visa Mastercard RuPay AMEX Technical / Functional Skills Strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Cards Payments applications. Experience in integration testing across multiple banking systems. Knowledge of: Card Management Systems (CMS) Payment Gateway Systems Switch Applications Core Banking Systems Mobile and Internet Banking channels Understanding of APIs, ISO 8583 messages, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing. Responsibilities

- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), FRS, and user stories.
- Prepare Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
- Execute test cases and validate payment/card transaction flows.
- Perform E2E validation across Cards, Payments, CBS, and Digital Channels.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/ALM.
- Coordinate with Business, Development, and Production Support teams.
- Support defect triage and root cause analysis.




- Provide daily/weekly status reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements
