Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant with 3 years of experience having strong expertise in Finance, Controlling and Costing. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of business finance processes along with hands-on SAP FICO functional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP FICO implementation, support and enhancement projects.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Handle SAP FI processes, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation and financial reporting

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP CO and Costing processes.
- Work on:

- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Cost Object Controlling
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

- Experience in standard costing, actual costing, cost component structure and variance analysis.
- Configure and support Product Costing and Material Ledger processes.
- Work on month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Analyze financial and costing requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Handle integration of FICO with MM, SD and PP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Conduct testing, UAT, documentation and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues raised by business users.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Strong experience in Finance, Controlling and Costing.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Product Costing is mandatory.
- Good understanding of standard cost, actual cost, variance analysis and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO integration with other modules.
- CA or CMA qualification is mandatory.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- End-to-end implementation or rollout experience.
- Experience with Material Ledger / Actual Costing.
- Candidates who combine professional finance qualification (CA/CMA) with SAP FICO functional experience will be preferred.
