We are looking for an experienced DotNet Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET, Microservices, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL and Azure. The candidate will lead technical initiatives, drive architecture and design decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure product solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Provide technical guidance in Microsoft .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET Core and Azure.
- Design and implement scalable application architecture and integration solutions.




- Lead development teams and provide technical direction, problem-solving and decision-making support.
- Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices and quality processes.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks and technical deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks and technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI/LLM teams on context-aware data pipelines and RAG-based solutions.
- Support deployment and monitoring of LLM-powered applications.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with LLM-driven architecture and GenAI product integration
- Exposure to LangChain, RAG pipelines or embedding-based search
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Experience handling end-to-end projects
