- Manage debt recovery operations to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update the database accordingly.
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members for resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in collections or related field (preferably DRA certified).
- Solid knowledge of debt recovery processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
