- Own consumer-facing product problems across the shopping journey.
- Identify customer pain points using data, research and business insights.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, PRDs and success metrics.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Business teams to launch and scale products.
- Drive experimentation, prioritisation and continuous product improvement.
- Measure outcomes and use learnings to influence future product decisions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C, e-commerce, consumer tech or marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, product metrics and experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to own products end-to-end from problem discovery to execution and outcomes.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
