X-Ray Technician

Position: X-Ray Technician / Radiographer
Qualification: B.Sc. Radiology / Diploma in X-Ray Technology / Radiology
Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred
Location: GCC Countries

Job Responsibilities

- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for different X-ray procedures.
- Operate X-ray and radiology equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper image quality and repeat examinations when required.
- Follow radiation safety and protection protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient and examination records.
- Assist doctors and radiologists during diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain and check X-ray equipment and report technical issues.
- Follow infection control, hospital safety, and departmental protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the procedure.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Radiology, X-Ray Technology, or equivalent qualification.
- Valid skilled registration/license as applicable.
- Good knowledge of X-ray procedures and radiation safety.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- GCC experience or relevant licensing will be an advantage.
