Job Description

We're looking for a brand & marketing designer who thinks like a creative first and a producer second someone who can take a loose idea or business need and originate a concept for it, then execute it as a polished, on-brand visual using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. This isn't a role for someone who needs a fully spelled-out brief to get started you should be comfortable interpreting a goal, proposing a direction, and making creative decisions independently.

Your work should reflect a sense of design suited to a US audience — clean, purposeful, and considered, not decorative or maximalist for the sake of it. Experience designing for US-based brands or clients is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Originate creative concepts from a business need or loose brief — not just execute instructions, but propose the idea and direction
- Design and produce marketing materials in Photoshop and InDesign
- Prepare clean, accurate, production-ready files
- Edit and retouch images to a qualified standard
- Maintain visual consistency across all materials per brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize, and hit deadlines




- Incorporate feedback and turn around revisions quickly
- (Preferred) Create digital/social graphics — posts, stories, ads, banners

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a creative/graphic designer who originates concepts, not just executes them — portfolio should show range of thinking, not just polish
- Experience designing for US-based brands or clients preferred; work should reflect US market sensibility (clean, purposeful, audience-first), not local/regional maximalist styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (required)
- Working knowledge of Illustrator (a plus)
- Digital/social media design skills (strongly preferred)
- Strong point of view on layout, typography, color, and what will actually land with a target audience
- Comfortable working independently, proposing ideas, and making creative decisions with minimal oversight
- Reliable remote setup: stable internet, own equipment, Adobe suite
- Clear English communication, dependable and deadline-driven
