- Work with supply chain and operations teams to understand business processes and financial implications.
- Develop and maintain project business cases including ROI, Payback, NPV, and IRR analysis
- Monitor transportation, warehousing, inventory, and productivity-related KPIs
- Define reporting requirements for transportation, warehousing, and inventory costs.
- Design dashboards for logistics spend, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per case delivered
- Track project budgets against approved estimates.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to provide timely financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Support stakeholders for reporting, and other finance transformation initiatives.
- Support finance digitalization through WMS/TMS implementations and automation.
- Established value-tracking mechanisms to monitor savings realization.
- Support digital team and business team for cost visibility, controls, and enable data-driven decision-making for digitization.
