Responsibilities

- Counseling & Lead Handling (Leads Provided) Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital channels. Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs. Provide accurate information on curriculum, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission timelines. Maintain systematic follow-ups to ensure efficient lead nurturing and conversion.
- Admissions & Enrollment Management Guide students through the entire application and enrollment process. Verify all required documents and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines. Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation activities. Maintain accurate, updated records in the CRM and admissions systems.
- Conversion & Target Achievement Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets consistently. Optimize the given lead pool to maximize conversion opportunities. Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Requirements

- Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.




- Experience 1-3 years in admissions counseling, inside sales, customer engagement, or education sector roles. Experience in target-driven sales environments preferred.
