Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, saving accounts, CASA, and other liability products.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to expand the customer base.
- Build robust relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retain existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar industry.
