Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the eye hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee patient care services, including admission, discharge, and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure productive use of resources and effective communication among team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on hospital performance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years' experience in hospital administration or related field (eye hospital preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards and guidelines for hospital management.
- Proven track record in floor management, patient care, and hospital operations.
