Qualifications Skills
- Diploma in related fields like ceramics, metallurgy, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Min 5 years of experience in Steel plant refractory with basic knowledge about Steel making process, ladle lining, furnace lining operations, maintenance etc.
- Manpower handling in shifts, communication within the team, interact with customer whenever needed.
- Ability to work within the team in dynamic working environment.
Your role
We are currently looking for a proactive, task-oriented and sincere individual for managing our site.
Your tasks will include:
- Enforce adhere to site safety rules PPE s for self workforce.
- Manage shift coordinate with customer, RHIM team members other resources
- Adhere to the SOW for respective aggregates report in case of any deviations.
- Attending On Site Discussion / problems, preparing preliminary technical reports.
- Monitor product performance,
