Salary :-

Fresher:- 17k CTC + Incentives

Experienced:- Upto 24k CTC + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

- Education 12th pass and Graduation both
- Freshers and experience both can apply
- Effective customer handling
- Effective listening and attention to detail required.
