Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering department covering all critical equipment such as :

- Generators
- Transformers
- UPS system
- Gas banks
- Boilers
- AC systems: temperatures to be maintained in critical areas
- Water Management
- Sewage & waste treatment
- Bio medical treatment plant
- Kitchen equipment
- Fire prevention equipment
- Building Infrastructure
- Upkeep of the facility
- Mandatory & statutory compliances

2. Understand the hospital preparedness for breakdown of equipment

3. Support provided for operational departments

4. Coordination with the FD & concerned departments on maintenance related works / requirements.

5. To ensure safety at work at any given time

6. AMC chart / documentation to be maintained with periodical preventive maintenance schedule,



period of contract, cost details etc. for all equipments which are under AMC.

7. Service reports documentation

8. Monthly maintenance & consumption reports to be submitted to GM at HO.

9. Allocation of technicians & duty rosters for 24 x 7 hassle free operations

10. Implementation / Monitoring of Electricity & water savings methods on day-to-day basis

11. Coordination with Local authorities for compliances as required

12. All Retrofits / Renovations coordination for execution between projects team & vendors in the respective units.
