Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Bulk & Lateral Hiring.
- Proven expertise in Senior & Leadership Hiring.
- Experience managing multiple hiring mandates and targets.
- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
