- Manage and coordinate FMCG products across Q-Commerce platforms.
- Handle key accounts such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product availability, inventory levels, sales, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on Q-Commerce platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure proper execution of offers and campaigns.
- Maintain solid relationships with Q-Commerce account managers and operational teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of order, inventory, pricing, and delivery-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of FMCG and Q-Commerce operations.
- MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Sales and inventory management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
