Job Summary

What this job involves: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering complex construction and development projects for our clients across various sectors.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and correspondence
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Ensure adherence to health, safety,



and environmental standards

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related role
- Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

Qualifications

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plus
