Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or sourcing roles.
- Robust understanding of the IT/Non-IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required for different roles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for sourcing/screening/shortlisting candidates.
