Position: Process Associate Soundboard Process
Process: US Process
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: 2 Rotational Days

Job Role

- Handle a US-based process using a soundboard system.
- Use predefined voice responses/sound clips as per the process requirements.
- Follow the given process guidelines and call-flow instructions.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling of each interaction as per the process.

Candidate Requirements

- Positive communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Kolkata.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable using a soundboard-based process.
