Job Description

LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced GenAI Developer to design, develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, AI agents and GenAI integrations for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or open-source models.
- Develop AI applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization and evaluation strategies.
- Develop AI agents / Agentic AI workflows where applicable.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate or Azure AI Search.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs.
- Implement data preprocessing, chunking, embeddings and semantic search.




- Perform model/output evaluation, monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects and business teams.
- Ensure responsible, secure and scalable deployment of GenAI solutions.
- Mandatory Skills

- 38 years of experience in AI/ML / GenAI development.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with RAG architecture and LLM application development.
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and Embeddings.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of NLP, Machine Learning and AI concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.
