Veeva Vault Safety Support Consultant | L2/L3
We are hiring a Veeva Vault Safety Support Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Veeva Vault Safety application support and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault Safety.
- Manage incidents, service requests, users, and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform RCA.
- Support release/change management and system integrations.
- Coordinate with Veeva, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support Pharmacovigilance and Safety Case Management processes.
Must Have: Veeva Vault Safety hands-on experience, L2/L3 support, Veeva certification, troubleshooting/RCA skills.
