1. Develop and implement strategies to engage with corporate clients for empanelment and healthcare partnerships.

2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with HR, admin, and decision-makers in corporate organizations.

3. Negotiate and finalize corporate agreements, including health check-ups, wellness programs, and tariff packages.

4. Act as a liaison between the hospital and corporate clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Business Development:

5. Identify new corporate and insurance partnership opportunities to maximize hospital occupancy and service utilization.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to design healthcare packages that cater to corporate and insurance needs, boosting patient inflow.

7. Drive strategic initiatives such as wellness camps, preventive healthcare programs, and health screenings for corporate clients.

Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs to foster long-term partnerships.

Operational Efficiency:

9. Act as a point of contact for escalations, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of corporate and insurance-related issues.

10. Work closely with the finance and billing teams to monitor payments and ensure compliance with agreed tariff terms.

11. Track MOU performance metrics to ensure alignment with revenue and operational targets.

Compliance and Reporting:

12. Maintain documentation related to MOUs, tariffs, and agreements to ensure transparency and compliance with hospital policies.

13. Prepare detailed reports for senior management on corporate and insurance performance, renewal status, and revenue impact
