MEP Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager with strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, site execution, engineering, and MEP integration management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end MEP project execution at site.
- Lead HVAC and Electrical installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and other services.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure proper site execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and interface problems.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
- RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant MEP project experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC and Electrical systems.
- Proven experience in site execution and MEP integration.
- Positive knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and project coordination.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- AutoCAD/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
