Customer Relations & Order Fulfillment Officer
Experience: 1–3 Years (E-commerce preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp/Instagram/Calls.
- Process orders, verify payments, and update order details.
- Coordinate dispatch with courier partners and ensure timely pickups.
- Share tracking details, follow up on delayed orders, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Experience in customer service/order processing is a plus.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Familiarity with courier portals is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
