Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate carpet, built-up and super built-up area calculations.
- Understand FSI, permissible construction area and development regulations.
- Coordinate with property valuers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Review and interpret property valuation reports.
- Research real estate trends, pricing benchmarks and comparable transactions.
- Maintain property databases and prepare MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
- Support property documentation and compliance checks.

Required Skills

- Real estate/property valuation knowledge.
- Understanding of FSI and property measurements.
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies.
- Awareness of Indian real estate market trends.




- Experience coordinating with valuers and brokers.
- MS Excel: basic formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
- Positive communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Preference for candidates from Real Estate, Civil Engineering or related fields.

Ideal candidate: Someone with 2–5 years of experience in real estate, property valuation, property consulting, or a related role, who is comfortable working with property measurements, valuation reports and Excel.
