Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Consultant to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding suitable properties, generating leads, conducting property visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details to customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and assist customers through the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and local property market is an advantage.
